Simple, low-carb but delicious, these chicken bites are the perfect appetizer!
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 10
Olive oil
2 tbsp
Chicken breast
6 (4 lbs), cut into 2-inch-pieces
Salt
2 tsp
Ground black pepper
1/2 tsp
Butter
4 tbsp
Rd hot sauce
1 cup
Garlic powder
1 tsp
Onion powder
1 tsp
Celery
for serving
DIRECTIONS
- In a skillet over medium-high, heat oil. Saute the chicken until cooked through. Work in batches if needed.
- When the chicken is ready, place it all back in the pan over low. Add butter, hot sauce, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir until coated. Serve the Chicken Bites with celery sticks.
