This delicious chicken satay is packed full of flavor!
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Canola oil
4 tbsps, divided
Fresh ginger
2 tsps, grated
Ground turmeric
1 tsp
Kosher salt
½ tsp
Chicken breasts
1 lb, skinless, deboned, cut into ½-inch strips
Bamboo skewers

DIRECTIONS
- Soak the skewers in a shallow pan with water right before you prepare the marinade.
- In a large bowl, stir ginger, turmeric, and salt with 2 tbsps of canola oil.
- Add chicken into the bowl, toss and turn to coat well. Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Pre-heat a grill (gas or charcoal) to about 400°F/200°C. Thread chicken lengthwise onto skewers.
- Grill the skewers for 2 to 3 minutes on one side (or until the meat releases from grill grates effortlessly), turn, grill for 2 to 3 minutes on the other side (you don’t want them charred).
- Serve with rice noodles and broccoli.
