Chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt chocolate over medium-low using a double boiler.
- Dip potato chips into the chocolate. Using two forks, flip the chips over to coat them in chocolate (or use a small spoon to coat the chips in chocolate).
- Carefully arrange the chips on the baking sheets. Allow the chocolate potato chips to harden. Serve and enjoy Chocolate Potato Chips!
