Graham crackers

Cream cheese
4 (8 oz.) packages
White sugar
1 ½ cups
Milk

Sour cream

Vanilla extract

All-purpose flour

DIRECTIONS
- Heat the oven to 350° F/175° C/Gas Mark 6.
- Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a medium-sized bowl and press the mixture on the bottom of the pan.
- Combine cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl and mix until smooth.
- Add milk, mix well, and add eggs, one at a time, mixing until all the ingredients incorporate. Add sour cream, vanilla, and flour and mix until smooth.
- Pour the filling into the crust and bake for 1 hour.
- Turn off the oven and let the cake cool inside for 5 to 6 hours to prevent cracking. Chill the cake in the fridge before serving.
