INGREDIENTS
Servings: 12
Boneless ham
1 (8 pound)
Packed brown sugar
2 cups
1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle of Coca-Cola
Grape juice 1 cup
1 (20 ounce) can sliced pineapple, drained with juice reserved
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F /165°C/Gas Mark.
  2. With a knife, score a diamond pattern on ham. Put ham in a roasting pan and pat brown sugar all over ham. Never mind if some of the sugar falls into the pan.
  3. Bake ham in the preheated oven until the sugar starts melting, about 30 minutes. Remove the roasting pan from the oven, and pour cola, grape juice and juice from the pineapple into the pan. Baste the ham with the liquid and place back in the oven.
  4. Continue to bake, basting every 20 minutes, for about 2 hours. Cut pineapple rings in half. Take the ham out from the oven and put pineapple rings into the drippings. Allow the ham to rest for about 10 minutes, then slice and serve with the sauce.
