Brown rice
1 cup
Water
6 cups
Soy sauce
to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Pour water into a pot (6 cups water per 1 cup brown rice). Bring to a boil.
- Meanwhile, rinse the rice in a mesh colander under running water.
- Add the rice to the pot. Boil for 30 minutes.
- Drain. Return the rice to the pot. Cover. Allow the rice to rest for 10 minutes. Fluff the rice. Add soy sauce or salt. Serve.
