INGREDIENTS
Servings: 2
Bone-in pork chops 
1 lb
Coarse salt 
Freshly ground black pepper 
to taste
Oil 
1 tbsp
Unsalted butter
2 tbsp, melted
Thyme 
2 sprigs
Garlic
4 cloves, minced
Salt 
1 pinch
DIRECTIONS
  1. Season the meat with salt and pepper. 
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high. Add oil, butter, and thyme. Add the pork chops. Sear for 3 minutes per side, or until golden. 
  3. Add garlic. Keep flipping and cooking the pork chops until brown. Add salt. Remove from heat. Serve and enjoy!
