Here's how to bake salmon in the oven the right way! Serve with baked squash.

INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
12 ounce salmon fillet
12 oz, cut into 4 pieces
Salt 
to taste
Ground black pepper 
to taste
Baked squash 
 for serving 
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 450° F (220° C/Gas mark 8).
  2. Season the fillets with salt and ground black pepper. Place the salmon on a non-stick baking sheet (skin-side down). 
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until cooked through. Serve with baked squash. Enjoy your Baked Salmon!
