INGREDIENTS
Servings: 6
Warm water 
1 cup
Pre-cooked white cornmeal 
1 cup
Butter 
1 tbsp
Salt
1/2 tsp
Cooking spray 
1
Mozzarella cheese 
1 cup, shredded
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a bowl, mix water, cooked cornmeal, butter, mozzarella, and salt. Knead until mixed and soft. Scoop out fist-size portions of the dough and form them into balls. Place between 2 sheets of plastic wrap. Flatten them to your desired thickness. 
  2. Cut into circles using a glass through the wrap. Remove the wrap and excess dough.
  3. Prepare the griddle by spraying it with cooking spray. Heat to medium-high.
  4. Grill for 5 minutes per side, until golden brown. Serve and enjoy your Corn Arepas!
