INGREDIENTS
Servings: 8
 Frozen corn kernels 
 2 (10 ounce) packages, thawed
Heavy cream 
1 cup
Salt 
 1 teaspoon
Granulated sugar 
 2 tablespoons
Freshly ground black pepper 
 1/4 teaspoon
Butter 
 2 tablespoons
Whole milk 
 1 cup
All-purpose flour 
 2 tablespoons
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese 
1/4 cup
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix the corn, cream, salt, sugar, pepper, and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Combine the milk and flour. Stir into the corn mixture.
  2. Stirring occasionally, cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens. Remove the mixture from heat. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until it's melted. Serve.
