How to Make French Fries CRISPY?

To make the crispiest French Fries, you need to fry them twice! Here's how to do it!

INGREDIENTS
Servings: 2
Russet potato
1, cut into strips
Salt
to taste 
Vegetable oil 
1 quart
DIRECTIONS
  1. Pour water in a large bowl. Soak potatoes for half an hour. Pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large saucepan to 275° F (135° C). Add potatoes. Fry for minutes, stirring and flipping occasionally. Remove the potatoes from the saucepan. Arrange them on paper towels and let them cool completely. 
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan to 350° F (175° C). Add potatoes. Fry for 5 minutes, until golden. Blot the fried potatoes with a paper towel. Sprinkle with salt. Enjoy your French Fries!
