Cauliflower Fritters: Sooo easy to make! Perfect when topped with sour cream or yogurt!
INGREDIENTS

Cauliflower florets
6 cups
Dry Italian-style salad dressing mix
1 (7 oz) package
Olive oil
1/2 cup
All-purpose flour
1/2 cup
Large eggs
3
Baking powder
1 tsp
DIRECTIONS
- In a food processor, process cauliflower florets. Transfer to a bowl. Add flour, baking powder, large eggs, and dressing mix. Stir.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Drop tablespoons of the mixture into the pan. Cook for about 3 minutes per side (until golden brown). Enjoy your Cauliflower Patties!
