INGREDIENTS
Servings: 8
Eggs
4
Frozen blueberries
1 cup
Lemon juice
1 tsp
Salt
1/4 tsp
Black sesame seeds
1/2 tsp
Large avocado
1/2, seeded and peeled
Wasabi paste
1 tsp
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place eggs and berries in a small pot. Pour enough water to cover the eggs. Cover the pot. Over high heat, bring to a boil. Allow to boil for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat. Allow the eggs to sit in the water for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove the eggs (reserve the blueberry water). With the back of a spoon, carefully press and crack the eggshell.
  3. Place eggs in a bowl. Add the berry water. Let them cool to room temperature. Then, refrigerate for 6 hours.
  4. Peel the eggs. Cut the eggs in half lengthwise. Scoop out the yolks.
  5. In a bowl, combine yolks, wasabi, avocado, lemon juice, and salt. Mash until smooth.
  6. Place the mixture into a piping bag. Pipe the mixture into the egg halves. Chill the deviled eggs. Before serving, garnish with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
