Dragon Fruit Shake
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 2
1 dragon fruit
Tangerines - 2, peeled and segmented
1 lime, juiced
Fresh basil
4 leaves
Brown sugar
2 tbsp
Sparkling mineral water
1 cup, chilled
Ice
1 cup, crushed
DIRECTIONS
- Prepare 2 slices of dragon fruit for decoration. Each slice should be ¼ inch thick. Put aside.
- Blend the rest of the dragon fruit with tangerine, lime juice, basil, sugar, and sparkling water. Puree until smooth.
- Add crushed ice and pour into glasses. Decorate the glasses with the dragon fruit slices before serving.
