INGREDIENTS
Servings: 2
1 dragon fruit
Tangerines - 2, peeled and segmented
1 lime, juiced
Fresh basil
4 leaves
Brown sugar
2 tbsp
Sparkling mineral water
1 cup, chilled
Ice
1 cup, crushed
DIRECTIONS
  1. Prepare 2 slices of dragon fruit for decoration. Each slice should be ¼ inch thick. Put aside.
  2. Blend the rest of the dragon fruit with tangerine, lime juice, basil, sugar, and sparkling water. Puree until smooth.
  3. Add crushed ice and pour into glasses. Decorate the glasses with the dragon fruit slices before serving.
