A perfect healthy chicken dinner for two will be ready in half an hour and with no effort at all!
INGREDIENTS

Chicken breasts
2, skinless, deboned
Garlic
2 cloves, chopped
Dried rosemary
2 tbsps
Lemon juice
1 tbsp
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Toss chicken breasts with garlic, rosemary, lemon juice.
- Transfer chicken breasts into a baking dish, sprinkle with pepper and salt. Cook in the preheated to 375°F/190°C/Gas Mark 5 oven or grill it for about 30 minutes (the time depends on the thickness of chicken breasts). Ready chicken will yield clear juices.
