INGREDIENTS

Cooked pasta
1 (8 oz.) package, of any type
Fresh garlic
1-2 tbsp., minced
Olive oil
¼ cup
Parmesan cheese
1 cup, grated
Salt
to taste
Black pepper
a lot of, freshly ground
Crushed red pepper flakes
¼ tsp., (OPTIONAL)
DIRECTIONS
- Without rinsing pasta, put it in a bowl and keep warm.
- Add olive oil and garlic to a small skillet and sauté the mixture, then pour it over the cooked pasta.
- Season with salt, a lot of black pepper, and red pepper flakes (optional).
- Sprinkle with cheese, toss to coat, and serve immediately.
