INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Store-bought pizza dough 
1 lb, thawed
Olive oil 
1 tbsp
Mozzarella cheese
2 cups, shredded
Ham 
1 cup, diced (or bacon)
Eggs 
Ground black pepper 
to taste
Parsley 
 for garnish
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 425° F (210° C/Gas mark 7). Grease a pizza pan.
  2. Roll out the dough. Spread oil on top. Sprinkle the dough with cheese and ham. Crack eggs on top. Then, sprinkle with ground black pepper to taste. 
  3. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Before serving, garnish with parsley if desired. Serve and enjoy your homemade Breakfast Pizza!
