INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Tuna steaks
4 (4 oz. each)
Salt
½ tsp.
Freshly ground black pepper
to taste
Soy sauce
¼ cup
Lemon
juice of 1/4 of it
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cut tuna steaks in half; season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with soy sauce and lemon juice. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook tuna in batches (do not crowd!) for 2 minutes per side.
  3. Serve with pesto sauce, a lush green salad, and baked new potatoes.
