INGREDIENTS

Olive oil
1 ½ tsp.
Ground turkey
1 lb.
Onion
1, chopped
Water
2 cups
Crushed tomatoes
1 (28 oz.) can
Kidney beans
1 (16 oz.) can, drained, rinsed, mashed
Garlic
1 tbsp., minced
Chili powder
2 tbsp.
Paprika
½ tsp.
Dried oregano
½ tsp.
Ground cayenne pepper
½ tsp.
Ground cumin
½ tsp.
Salt
½ tsp.
Ground black pepper
½ tsp.
DIRECTIONS
  1. Add oil to a large pot and heat it over a medium heat. Put the turkey in the pot and cook until it’s evenly brown. Add onion and cook until tender.
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients and bring the mixture to a boil.
  3. Reduce the heat, cover, and cook for about 30 minutes.
