This easy grilled cod recipe is gonna be a keeper in your recipe box!
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Cod fillets
2 (8 oz), cut in half
Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp
Lemon pepper
1/2 tsp
Butter
2 tbsps
Lemon
1, juiced
Green onion (white part)
2 tbsps, chopped
Salt
1/4 tsp
Ground black pepper
1/4 tsp
DIRECTIONS
- Heat the grill and oil the grates.
- Season the fillets with lemon pepper, salt, Cajun seasoning, and black pepper. Set aside.
- In a saucepan, heat butter over medium heat. Stir in lemon juice and green onion. Cook for 3 min, until the onion is soft.
- Grill the fish for 3 minutes per side, until browned. Baste with the butter and juice mixture while grilling. Let it rest off the heat for several minutes. Serve and enjoy your Grilled Cod!
