Bright and flavorful, this pasta salad is the right thing to make your kids (and older ones) happy!
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 10
Fusilli pasta
1 (12 oz.) package, uncooked
Bacon
10 slices
Mayonnaise
1 cup
Dry ranch salad dressing mix
3 tbsp.
Garlic powder
¼ tsp.
Garlic pepper
¼ tsp.
Milk
½ cup, or as needed
Tomato
1, large, chopped
Black olives
1 (4.25 oz.) can, sliced
Cheddar cheese
1 cup, shredded
Feta cheese
¾ cup, crumbled
DIRECTIONS
- Add water to large pot, season with salt, and bring to a boil. Add fusilli and cook for about 8 minutes or until tender yet firm when biting. Drain.
- Add bacon to a skillet and cook over a medium-high heat until brown. Drain and chop.
- Combine mayonnaise, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and garlic pepper in a large bowl. Add milk and stir until the mixture is smooth.
- Add pasta, bacon, tomato, olives, and cheddar cheese to the bowl and toss to coat. Add feta. Cover and keep in the fridge for 1 hour to chill.
- If the salad seems a bit dry, toss with extra milk.
