Homemade Bagels Recipe: These easy bagels only require 4 ingredients!
INGREDIENTS

Self-rising flour
2 cups
Plain full-fat Greek yogurt
1 1/2 cups
Egg
1 egg, lightly beaten
Sesame seeds
for topping
Poppy seeds
for topping
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 400° F (200° C/Gas mark 6). Prepare 2 baking sheets by lining them with parchment paper.
- In the bowl of a mixer fitted with a dough hook attachment, combine flour and Greek yogurt until crumbly. Form a ball with your hands. Beat on medium speed until the mixture pulls away from the sides of the bowl.
- Form 6 balls. Roll each dough ball into a rope (3/4-inch thick). Form a circle. Arrange the bagels on the baking sheets. Brush the tops with egg. Sprinkle with sesame seeds (or poppy seeds).
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden. Allow to cool for about 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy your Homemade Bagels!
