A good baked egg recipe is not only easy, but delicious, too!
INGREDIENTS

Butter
1 tbsp
Eggs
6, large
Black pepper
1 teaspoon, freshly ground
Cooking salt
3/4 teaspoon
Whipping cream
2 tbsps
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350F/180C/Gas Mark 4.
- Prepare 6 (6-ounce) ramekins and coat them with butter.
- Crack 1 egg into each of the ramekins, sprinkle them with salt and pepper, and place 1 teaspoon of whipping cream over each egg.
- Put the ramekins in a medium-size baking dish and add some hot water to a depth of 1 1/4 inches. Bake the eggs for 25 minutes.
