Heat the oven, prepare the chicken, and bake it – it's as easy as one-two-three!
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 6
Chicken legs
2 ½ lbs.
Olive oil
1 2/3 tbsp (to prevent sticking)
Soy sauce
½ cup
Ketchup
1 2/3 tbsp.
Honey
¾ cup
Garlic cloves
2-3, minced
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Heat the oven to 350° F/177° C/Gas Mark 4.
- Prepare a 9x13 baking dish and place chicken legs in it.
- Combine all the remaining ingredients in a separate dish and pour the sauce over the chicken.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the sauce is caramelized.
- Substitute chicken legs for wings or pork ribs.
