INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Flour
1/3 cup
Paprika
1 tbsp.
Garlic salt
1 tsp.
Black pepper
1 tsp.
Cayenne pepper
¼ to ½ tsp.
Butter
3 tbsp.
Chicken wings
10, tips removed
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cut the wings at joints.
  2. Heat the oven to 425° F/220 ° C/Gas Mark 7.
  3. Check if the wings have been thawed and pat them dry with paper towels.
  4. Combine all the remaining ingredients but butter (from flour to cayenne pepper) in a plastic bag and shake it well. Add wings.
  5. Prepare a large baking sheet, line it with foil, place the butter on it and melt it.
  6. Add wings and turn several times to coat them.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes, and then turn and cook for 15 minutes more until crisp.
