The easiest breakfast toast even kids will cope with!
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 6
Soft white bread
6 slices
Butter
for spreading
Cheddar cheese
6 slices (can be replaced with American cheese)
White sugar
for sprinkling
DIRECTIONS
- Put the bread slices on a cookie sheet, spread with butter, top with cheese slices, and sprinkle with sugar.
- Place the toasts under broiler. Watch them closely to make sure sugar doesn’t burn.
- Keep broiling until the tops of the bread slices are bubbly. Serve immediately.
