A very easy chicken recipe for those who don’t want to spend the evening at the hot stove!
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 6
Butter
½ cup
Garlic
3 tbsp., minced
Soy sauce
3 tbsp.
Black pepper
¼ tsp.
Dried parsley
1 tbsp.
Chicken thighs
6, boneless, with skin
Dried parsley
to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Heat the oven broiler. Prepare a baking pan and grease it lightly.
- Take a microwave safe bowl and combine the first five ingredients in it (from butter to parsley).
- Place the bowl in the microwave and cook on High for 30 to 50 seconds or until the butter is melted.
- Place the chicken thighs in a baking pan in one layer and coat with the butter mixture. Reserve some of the mixture for basting.
- Broil chicken for 20 minutes or until the juices run clear. Turn the chicken occasionally and baste it with the rest of the butter mixture. Sprinkle with parsley.
