A very easy chicken recipe for those who don’t want to spend the evening at the hot stove!

INGREDIENTS
Servings: 6
Butter
½ cup
Garlic
3 tbsp., minced
Soy sauce
3 tbsp.
Black pepper
¼ tsp.
Dried parsley
1 tbsp.
Chicken thighs
6, boneless, with skin
Dried parsley
to taste               
DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat the oven broiler. Prepare a baking pan and grease it lightly.
  2. Take a microwave safe bowl and combine the first five ingredients in it (from butter to parsley).
  3. Place the bowl in the microwave and cook on High for 30 to 50 seconds or until the butter is melted.
  4. Place the chicken thighs in a baking pan in one layer and coat with the butter mixture. Reserve some of the mixture for basting.
  5. Broil chicken for 20 minutes or until the juices run clear. Turn the chicken occasionally and baste it with the rest of the butter mixture. Sprinkle with parsley.
