Juicy and easy, this healthy lemon chicken is ready in less than an hour!
INGREDIENTS

All-purpose flour
1/2 cup
Lemon-pepper seasoning
1 tbsp
Chicken broth
1/2 cup
Butter
2 tbsp
Garlic
2 cloves, minced
Salt
1 tsp
Lemons
2, divided
Chicken breasts
1 lb, boneless, skinless, halved
Extra-virgin olive oil
2 tbsp
Parsley
chopped, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 400° F (200° C/Gas mark 6).
- Whisk together all-purpose flour, salt, lemon-pepper seasoning, and lemon zest (1 lemon). Toss the chicken in the mixture to coat. Thinly slice the remaining lemon.
- Heat olive oil over medium-high in an ovenproof skillet. Add chicken. Cook for 5 minutes, until golden on one side. Flip.
- Add chicken broth, butter, minced garlic, and sliced lemon. Bake for 5 minutes, until cooked through. Spoon the sauce on top. Garnish with parsley if desired. Enjoy your Lemon Chicken!
