White peppermint bark: Flavored with peppermint, this easy chocolate dessert only requires 4 ingredients.
INGREDIENTS

Semisweet chocolate
12 oz, chopped
Peppermint extract
1/2 tsp
White chocolate
12 oz, chopped
Candy canes
8, crushed
DIRECTIONS
- Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- Bring 3 inches of water to a simmer in a pot over medium heat. Reduce to low. Place a heatproof bowl on top. Stirring, melt semi-sweet chocolate. Add peppermint. Stir. Pour into the baking sheet. Spread using a spatula. Refrigerate for about 20 minutes, or until set.
- Place a heatproof bowl over the pot of simmering water. Stirring, melt white chocolate. Pour over the semi-sweet chocolate layer. Top with crushed canes. Refrigerate for 20 minutes, or until set. Serve and enjoy your Peppermint Bark!
