Fresh okra
18 pods, sliced 1/3 inch thick
Kosher salt
2 tsps
Black pepper
2 tsps
Olive oil
1 tbsp
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 425° F (220° C).
- Line a cookie sheet with foil. Arrange okra in one layer.
- Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Bake for 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
