Salmon
4 (4 oz.) fillets
Dijon-style mustard
3 tbsp., prepared
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste
Italian-style bread crumbs
¼ cup
Butter

DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat the oven to 400° F/200° C/Gas Mark 6.
  2. Prepare a shallow baking pan and line it with aluminum foil.
  3. Put the salmon fillets on foil, skin-side down.
  4. Cover each fillet with a thin layer of mustard, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with bread crumbs, and drizzle with melted butter.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until you can easily flake salmon with a fork.
