White sugar

Egg

Baking soda
1/2 tsp
Ground cloves
1 tsp
Ground cinnamon
1 tsp
Salt
1/4 tsp
Shortening
3/4 cup
All-purpose flour
2 cups
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
- Mix sugar, egg, salt, and shortening in a bowl. Add all-purpose flour, baking soda, and spices and mix well.
