INGREDIENTS

Chicken breasts
4, boneless
Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
¼ cup
Parmesan cheese
½ cup, grated
Egg
1, lightly beaten
Butter
2 tbsp.
Spaghetti sauce
1 (14 oz.) jar
Mozzarella cheese
1 cup, shredded
DIRECTIONS
- Heat the oven to 375° F/150° C/Gas Mark 3.
- Prepare a heavy-duty plastic wrap and place chicken between two sheets of it. Flatten chicken with a rolling pin.
- Combine bread crumbs and parmesan in a middle-sized bowl.
- Dip chicken in the egg first and then in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Add butter to a large skillet and melt.
- Add chicken and brown on each side over a medium-high heat.
- Lightly grease a 13x9 baking dish and arrange chicken in it.
- Add spaghetti sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
- Cover a bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink.
