INGREDIENTS

Ham steak
1 (8 oz.), bone-in, fully cooked
Butter
5 tbsp., cubed
Brown sugar
5 tbsp.
DIRECTIONS
- Add the steak to a large skillet and cook over a medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until browned. Drain and remove from the skillet.
- Add butter to the same skillet and heat until melted.
- Add brown sugar and stir well. Place the ham to the skillet again and cook over a medium-low heat for about 10 minutes more, or until heated and brown sugar is dissolved.
