INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Salmon fillet
12 oz, cut into 4 pieces
Salt
to taste
Ground black pepper
to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 450° F (220° C/Gas mark 8).
- Season salmon fillets with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
- Place the fish, skin side down, on a non-stick baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through. Serve with Grilled Asparagus or Roasted Potatoes if desired.
