INGREDIENTS

Feijoa
35 oz, peeled and sliced
Water
2/3 cup
White sugar
35 oz
1 lemon, juiced
DIRECTIONS

Pour water into a large pan. Add feijoas and cook until tender. Add sugar, lemon juice and zest and continue cooking stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Boil rapidly until jam consistency. When the jam cools down, bottle in sterilized jars.
