Dark chocolate
3 oz, melted
Milk chocolate
3 oz, melted
White chocolate
3 oz, melted
Cracker crumbs, colored sprinkles, pearl dust
for decoration
DIRECTIONS
- Break the cheesecake into pieces and stir gently it with a spatula or electric mixer until well combined. With an ice cream scoop, make cheesecake balls and roll with wetted hands to shape balls. Freeze the cheesecake balls for half an hour.
- Meanwhile, cook the dipping chocolate.
- Melt chocolate in 3 separate metal bowls over pot of simmering water. Place the cheesecake balls on sticks/skewers, dip them in chocolate and decorations and arrange the cheesecake pops in vases or special stands.
