INGREDIENTS

Unsalted butter 
4 tbsps
Chopped onions 
2 cups
Fresh mushrooms, sliced 
1 pound
Dried dill weed 
2 tsps
Paprika 
1 tbsp
Soy sauce 
1 tbsp
Milk 
1 cup
All-purpose flour 
3 tbsps
Salt 
1 tsp
Ground black pepper 
to taste
Lemon juice 
2 tsps
Chopped fresh parsley 
1/4 cup
Sour cream 
1/2 cup
Chicken broth 
2 cups
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. After that, saute the chopped onions in the melted butter for about 5 minutes. Add mushrooms. Saute them for 5 minutes. Add the dill, paprika, soy sauce, and broth. Reduce heat to low. Simmer for 15 minutes, covered.
  2. Whisk the milk and flour together in a small bowl. Pour the mixture into the soup and stir well. Simmer for 15 more minutes, covered. Stir occasionally. 
  3. Add the salt, ground black pepper, lemon juice, parsley, and sour cream. Stir in.
  4. Mix together and cook over low heat about 5 minutes. Serve.
