INGREDIENTS

Unsalted butter
4 tbsps
Chopped onions
2 cups
Fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 pound
Dried dill weed
2 tsps
Paprika
1 tbsp
Soy sauce
1 tbsp
Milk
1 cup
All-purpose flour
3 tbsps
Salt
1 tsp
Ground black pepper
to taste
Lemon juice
2 tsps
Chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup
Sour cream
1/2 cup
Chicken broth
2 cups
DIRECTIONS
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. After that, saute the chopped onions in the melted butter for about 5 minutes. Add mushrooms. Saute them for 5 minutes. Add the dill, paprika, soy sauce, and broth. Reduce heat to low. Simmer for 15 minutes, covered.
- Whisk the milk and flour together in a small bowl. Pour the mixture into the soup and stir well. Simmer for 15 more minutes, covered. Stir occasionally.
- Add the salt, ground black pepper, lemon juice, parsley, and sour cream. Stir in.
- Mix together and cook over low heat about 5 minutes. Serve.
