These fried cheese curds are sooo delicious! Just like at the fair!
INGREDIENTS

Cheese curds
2 lbs, broken apart
Corn oil
2 quarts
Milk
1/4 cup
Salt
1/2 tsp
Eggs
2
All-purpose flour
1 cup
Beer
3/4 cup
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oil in a large saucepan to 375° F (190° C).
- In a bowl, whisk together milk, beer, all-purpose flour, salt, and eggs to form smooth batter. Place the curds into the batter. Stir to coat. Remove the cheese curds from the batter using a wire strainer.
- Deep fry for 2 minutes, or until golden brown. Drain the fried cheese curds on paper towels.
