Fruit Salsa and Baked Chips

This delicious fruit salsa is easy to make and tastes best when served with cinnamon tortilla chips.

INGREDIENTS
Servings: 10
Kiwis, peeled, diced

Golden delicious apples, peeled, cored, diced 
2
Raspberries
8 oz.
Strawberries
1 lb.
White sugar
2 tbsp.
Brown sugar
1 tbsp.
Fruit preserves
3 tbsp., any flavor
10 inch flour tortillas

Cooking spray, butter flavored
Cinnamon sugar
2 tbsp.
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix the first seven ingredients (from kiwis to fruit preserves) in a large bowl. Cover and keep the mixture in the fridge for not less than 15 minutes.
  2. Heat the oven to 350° F/180° C/Gas Mark 4.
  3. Coat one side of each flour tortillas with cooking spray, cut into wedges, and arrange on a large baking sheet in one layer.
  4. Sprinkle the wedges with cinnamon sugar and spray with cooking spray again.
  5. Bake for about 8 to 10 minutes. Repeat the process with the rest of the wedges.
  6. Let them cool for about 15 minutes and serve with the chilled fruit salsa.
