INGREDIENTS

Cauliflower

Fresh basil
½ cup
Olive oil
1 tbsp.
Clove garlic, smashed

Parmesan cheese, grated
¼ cup
Cream cheese
1 tbsp.
Ground black pepper
1/8 tsp.
Kitchen salt
½ tsp.
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cut cauliflower to florets.
  2. Take a steamer insert and a saucepan. Put the steamer insert into the saucepan and fill with water. The water should be just below the bottom of the steamer insert. Heat the water to its boiling point. After that, add cauliflower. Steam it for 10 minutes until it gets soft.
  3. Take a small frying pan and heat olive oil in it. After that, cook smashed garlic in it for 2 minutes until the garlic gets soft.
  4. Place half the cauliflower into a food processor. Blend. Place the remaining cauliflower florets into the food processor and blend them until they are creamy. After that, add garlic, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, basil, black pepper, and kitchen salt. Blend them.
