This garlic sauce can be used as a condiment on grilled meats or as a salad dressing!
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Unsalted butter
1 cup
Sage leaves
¼ cup, finely minced
Garlic
4 cloves, minced
Sea salt
½ tsp
Black pepper
½ tsp, ground
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all the ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Stretch plastic wrap over the bowl, put it in the fridge, and keep it there for 1-2 hours, or until the butter is firm enough.
- Place a heaping spoonful of the butter over a cooked steak, serve.
