Granita Recipe: Enjoy the fresh taste of strawberries with this deliciously refreshing dessert!
INGREDIENTS

Strawberries
2 lbs, hulled and halved
Balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp
Salt
1 pinch
White sugar
1/3 cup
Water
1 cup
Lemon juice
1/2 tsp
DIRECTIONS
- Rinse berries. Let them drain. Place strawberries in a blender. Add white sugar, water, vinegar, juice, and 1 pinch salt. Pulse several times. Blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
- Keep it in the freezer uncovered for 45 min, until the mixture begins to freeze around the edges.
- Using a fork, stir the crystals from the edge into the center. Mix. Let it chill for 40 more minutes (until nearly frozen). Mix again. Freeze and stir the granita with a fork 4 times until it looks dry and fluffy. Serve in small serving bowls. Enjoy your Strawberry Granita!
