This healthy green bean side dish is a yummy accent to any meal!
INGREDIENTS

Green beans
1 1/2 lbs, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
Water
1 1/2 cups
Butter
1/4 cup
Black pepper
1/4 tsp
Fresh basil
1 1/2 tsps, chopped
Cherry tomato halves
2 cups
White sugar
1 tbsp
Garlic salt
3/4 tsp
DIRECTIONS
- Pour water in a saucepan. Add green beans. Cover the saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer the beans for 10 min, or until tender. Drain.
- In a skillet, melt butter. Add white sugar, garlic salt, black pepper, and fresh basil. Stir. Add cherry tomatoes. Cook until soft. Pour the mixture over the beans. Toss carefully. Enjoy your Green Beans with Tomatoes!
