INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Pineapple rings
1 (8 oz) can, juice drained and reserved
Garlic powder
1/4 tsp
Pork chops
4
Ground black pepper
1 pinch
Brown sugar
1/4 cup
Soy sauce
1/4 cup
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, and garlic powder together in a plastic zipper bag. Smush the bag to mix the marinade.
  2. Place the meat into the pineapple juice mixture, seal it (make sure to squeeze out any air), and keep in the fridge for 8 hours. Make sure to reserve pineapple rings!
  3. Preheat a grill for medium heat. Oil the grate.
  4. Remove the meat from the pineapple juice mixture (make sure to shake off excess) and grill for 5 min per side (until browned and the pork chops are no longer pink inside). Brush with the pineapple mixture. While the pork chops are still grilling, place pineapple rings onto the grill. Cook them until hot. Serve the meat topped with the cooked pineapple rings. Enjoy your Grilled Pork with Pineapple!
