INGREDIENTS
Servings: 6
Olive oil
½ cup
Ranch dressing
½ cup
Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp.
Fresh rosemary
1 tbsp., minced
Salt
2 tsp.
Lemon juice
1 tsp.
White vinegar
1 tsp.
Ground black pepper
¼ tsp., or to taste
White sugar
1 tbsp., or to taste
Chicken breast halves
5, skinless, boneless, cut into 1-inch cubes
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all the ingredients but chicken breast (from oil to sugar) in a medium-sized bowl and let the mixture stand for 5 minutes.
  2. Put the chicken pieces in the bowl and stir to coat. Cover and keep the mixture in the fridge for about half an hour.
  3. Het the grill to a medium-high heat, thread the chicken pieces on skewers discarding the marinade.
  4. Lightly oil the grate and grill for 8 to 12 minutes or until the chicken pieces are no longer pink in the center.
