Avocados
2, peeled, pitted and diced
Garlic, peeled and minced
2 cloves
Greek-style yogurt
3 tbsps
Lemon juice
1 tbsps, fresh
Salt and pepper
to taste
Dill weed
2 tsps, dried
Lemon pepper
2 tsps
Salt
to taste
Salmon steaks
2 lbs
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the grill for high. Lightly oil grate.
- Mix avocados, minced garlic, Greek yogurt, and fresh lemon juice in a medium bow; season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Rub the fish with dill weed, lemon pepper, and salt. Put the fish on the grill. Cook about 15 minutes. Serve the salmon with the yogurt and avocado mixture.
