INGREDIENTS

Avocados 
2, peeled, pitted and diced
Garlic, peeled and minced 
2 cloves
Greek-style yogurt 
3 tbsps
Lemon juice 
1 tbsps, fresh
Salt and pepper
to taste 
Dill weed 
2 tsps, dried
Lemon pepper 
2 tsps
Salt
 to taste
Salmon steaks 
2 lbs
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the grill for high. Lightly oil grate.
  2. Mix avocados, minced garlic, Greek yogurt, and fresh lemon juice in a medium bow; season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Rub the fish with dill weed, lemon pepper, and salt. Put the fish on the grill. Cook about 15 minutes. Serve the salmon with the yogurt and avocado mixture.
