INGREDIENTS
Servings: 6
Olive oil
2 ½ tbsp.
Butter
¼ cup, melted
Lemons
1 ½, juiced
Dijon mustard
3 tbsp.
Fresh basil leaves
½ cup, minced
Garlic
3 cloves, minced
Salt
to taste
White pepper
to taste
Fresh shrimp
3 lbs., peeled, deveined

DIRECTIONS
  1. Add olive oil and butter to a shallow, non-porous dish or bowl, and mix well.
  2. Add the next four ingredients (from lemon juice to garlic) and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add shrimp, toss to coat, cover, and keep in the fridge for 1 hour.
  4. Heat the grill to a high heat.
  5. Discard the marinade and thread shrimp onto skewers.
  6. Lightly oil the grate and place the skewers on the grate. Cook for 2 minutes on 1 side, turn and cook for 2 minutes on the other side.
