INGREDIENTS

Ground pork 
2/3 lb
Chives
2 tsp, thinly sliced
Soy sauce 
2 tsp
Rice wine vinegar 
1 tsp
Cornstarch 
1 tsp
Garlic 
1 clove, minced
Ginger 
1 tsp, grated
Crushed red pepper flakes 
1/2 tsp
Sesame oil 
1/2 tsp
Square wonton wrappers 
1 package
Water 
1/4 cup
Soup ingredients: 
Chicken broth 
4 cups 
Ginger 
2-inch piece, peeled
Soy sauce 
2 tsp
Garlic 
2 cloves, smashed
Sesame oil 
1/4 tsp
Green onions 
2 tbsp, sliced
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine pork, chives, soy sauce (2 tsp), vinegar, cornstarch, 1 garlic clove, grated ginger (1 tsp), red pepper flakes, and sesame oil (1/2 tsp) in a bowl. Mix well. 
  2. Wet the edges of wrappers with water. Place the pork mixture in the center of each wrapper.  Fold the wrapper over to form a triangle. Seal the wonton edges. Bring the two bottom corners together. Seal. 
  3. In a pot, combine chicken broth, ginger (2-inch piece), 2 cloves garlic, and sesame oil. Bring to a boil. Then, simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Remove ginger and garlic. Bring to a boil. Add wontons. Keep cooking for 10 minutes. Transfer the Wonton Soup to bowls. Garnish with green onions before serving.
