Mango

Red pepper

Cilantro

Lime juice
1 lime
Jalapeno
1, minced
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the fish steaks with oil. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
- Grill for 5 minutes on each side, or until the steaks are cooked through.
- In a bowl, mix mango, pepper, onion, cilantro, juice, and jalapeno. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste. Serve over the grilled steaks.
